Some people collect in a big way

Like there’s a guy in my country who is said to have 97% of all vinyl ever released by norwegian artists, possibly only those who sing in native tongue, still that is A LOT. It was on tv. He had many shelves that were filled to the brim with vinyl. Many thousand records. He’s going to donate all of it to a museum though when his time comes.

I collect watches but atm only have three. I sent back my most recent one. I’m always saving for the next watch. Over time I hope to have a somewhat large collection.

This is on my list. There’s also a guy on Etsy that makes really nice mod watches for a good price. I like the citizen though cause I want something kind of Grand Seiko ish with a good dial and look ect. I like this either way but it does have that aesthetic.

Looks good. I have two watches. A digital polar watch which is rechargable, and a Lotus watch(not to be confused with Lorus). The lotus is analogue, but battery is dead. Need to get it changed which is gonna cost. I don’t think it’s easy to change battery on my ownsome. It’s ashame they don’t make more watches with Swatch battery patent where it’s easy to acsess the battery hatch.

Yeah you might need a tool for battery switch. All my watches are mechanical automatics so eventually I’ll have to get them serviced. Luckily I get some inheritance each month so can maybe afford the bill in the future.
