Wen i did an over dose of sleep med and ended up in hospital, i thought i had died n was in another dimension of after life.
Ppl felt a bit unreal in one way that was bizarre but in another way i liked it…i felt less anxiety cos the ppl felt less intimidating.
Anyways, lol jus thought id add my experience of derealisation.
Hope u can perhaps find a coping mechanism, idk.

I ODd a couple weeks ago on Benzos and whisky. Was scary. Blacked out at home and woke up in hospital.
Sorry you had to go through that.

Benzos and alcohol mixed together is a dangerous combo. Glad you’re still alive.
