So what am i

The scale has told me that im 215 but now it says 221. Most likely 218 after im done working out. So what am i really? 215? 221? I know its not about sz but there seems to be people on here who know about fitness and weight lost. Any info helps

I’d say your about 218 and keep up the good work. Scales are never perfectly accurate.

The best way to tell is the fit of your clothes and in the mirror. Scales aren’t really that accurate

Yea i know it tells me i gain a whole pound in one day of not getting on the treadmill sometimes 2

If you’re lifting as well you may have put on some muscle weight. And if you had a big meal or we’re wearing heavier clothing those could be possibilities.

Water weight can be up to 5 lbs, if you had a salt-heavy diet.

Weight fluctuates over the course of a day depending on what you eat or drink or how active you are. You will probably weigh the least first thing in the morning before you get dressed or eat. Just figure that your weight as the day goes on goes up and down and just figure that every time you weigh yourself during the day it is a ballpark figure.

Make sure you aren’t weighing yourself with any moisture on you. Example drenched in sweat or right out of the shower or something. Moisture adds a LOT of weight!! Like 5 lbs!!

Allergies can make you put on a lot (5+lbs) of (water) weight in a day.
Could be allergies from foods, products, environment or combination of all three.
Once the thing you’re allergic to is removed, the water comes off (or out) just as fast.

Allergies can make for pretty wide mood swings too.

Think about working out a year without discontinued…eat five times a day littlebit…workout three days a week each day for an hour depends how intensive workout is…going to gym with personal trainer is easier but cost money…find sport you love make it your success vision

Maybe you’re rude.
I was trying to be funny but at the same time I doubt that there is 5 lbs of moisture on someone after a shower. It just doesn’t sound right.
Maybe one or two lbs counting hair, but not 5.

Sorry I was pretty grumpy this morning. Sick and sleep deprived.
