So the 200mg caffeine tablet is a bit too much

So gonna halve it with my pill cutter.

So 100mg caffeine & 400mg of l-theanine twice a day. No coffee, tea or soda. Just water.

Ltheanine is good for positive symptoms anxiety and insomnia…

I’ve built up such a tolerance for caffeine that I can take two 200 mg pills and not even feel it.
