So sleepy. How to get more energy?

I’m almost always sleepy. If no one wakes me up, I usually sleep for 9-11 hours, and I have a ton of dreams.

Then, if I have no reason to stay awake, I will take a nap after three hours. When I’m at school, I end up nodding off if I don’t have any coffee, which gives me racing thoughts and restlessness (so I almost never have it at home).

My friend keeps saying I should sleep less because too much sleep will give me alzheimer’s disease. I try to tell him that some people just need more sleep, but he won’t listen.
Says an average adult needs about 7 hours.

It has nothing to do with my medicines, because I’ve always been this way, although I’m suspecting it might have something to do with my bloodsugar. Don’t worry, I’m having it tested.

Anyways, I was wondering if there was any way to increase my energy level, and for the love of all that is holy, do NOT say exercise.
I don’t have the willpower, I have the physical strength of a 90-year-old, and it makes me super paranoid.

Hmmm, I thought poor sleep increases chances of Alzheimer’s.

I don’t know, I haven’t read any articles pointing either way. I could google it, but I’m not sure I wanna know.

Nobody has any input on this?
