I feel tired all the time. Any suggestions what can help u rejuvenate?
I lack energy either due to the antipsychotics I take. I take 200 mg Amisulpride daily. What do you take, goggles?
I think magnesium helps with fatigue. You may try it.
I’m on amisulpride also. And a monthly injection of invega sustenna. I’m not certain if it’s the med. But I lack the energy to work good enough. It’s affecting my job performance.
I’m wondering what’s the doses for your Amisulpride and invega injection?
100 mg amipsulpride daily and 50 mg invega monthly.
A magnesium deficiency can cause fatigue, but please understand that magnesium itself is considered inhibitory not excitaroy. Take it after dinner (before bed) and if you are deficient, it might improve your enengy levels the following day. Don’t take it without food hahahahha trust me Or don’t trust me. Just make sure you have a change of underwear packed before you leave the house.
Edit: above passage implies you have already clinically identified a deficiency.
Isn’t it best to go to the doctor to find out if you have a deficiency instead of just taking vitamins that you don’t need and that can possibly harm you? I feel tired all the time too, but I have been tested before and don’t have any deficiencies. It’s a sz negative symptom, and that is probably what OP struggles with too.
I thought it went without saying, so … so I literally didn’t say it. LOL This site needs signatures so I can add in the disclaimer of Autism
a good nights sleep is essential
Magnesium deficiency is one of minerals more accurately identified pathologically too, so I absolutely recommend having it added to the list when one sees their GP with such line of inquiry.
Lack of energy can be caused by so many different things, it could take a lifetime to exhaust the list of dietary supplements that could help. For this reason, I propose nutrigenomics as the way forwards … give it 10 years or so people. It’ll be the new standard eventually.
I am going to the GP soon so I will ask if they can test me for mineral and vitamin deficiencies including magnesium. My diet isn’t very good so it’s probably wise to get tested again. Thanks for the information!
A brief walk helps me feel more energized, especially when it’s with someone I like to be with.

Most welcome, buddy! Don’t let them forget iron. B12 results can be misleading, but iron results are reliable and will help eliminate dietary anemia.
This is where I most often go wrong
Thank you very much for your advice, polymorphed. I will try it.
I often forget to mention copper because it is more easily obtained dietarily and less likely a culprit, but there is always the possibility of other causes of deficiency than simply not putting enough in (metabolism defects etc. even systemic copper toxicity can cause copper deficiency lol - I won’t explain why on this occasion). Copper is absolutely necessary in the metabolism of ATP - which is just the molecule most responsible for feeding your brain,]. siuhwf carpal tunnel on a laptop.
Edit: some more facts: although this one is kind of superfluous because if you are copper deficient you won’t produce enough ATP so your body will go into “survival mode” anyway, but a copper deficiency will ALWAYS lead to anemia too.
Eating right. Meat gives you strength, if you doubt it try living a week as a vegetarian and then have a meal with alot of meat. You’ll realize that meat is very energizing.
