Unfortunately this can happen I think. Just feels like a sugar tablet now. Don’t even get sedated - nothing.
My nurse phoned me today and was worried so has sorted out a phone call with my pdoc tomorrow. I really appreciate that.

I hope this doesn’t happens to me I love my seroquel keeps my anxiety under control. Iam on it prn for treatment resistant anxiety.

Hang in there buddy. Good your talking to your shrink. Get it sorted and hope there’s some different options there for you.
I have the same problem. Things only seem to be effective for a while, and then they just stop

That is really strange to me, I am ultra sensitive to Seroquel. I took a dose of zyprexa my pdoc gave me as a prn and I woke up feeling better but it causes too much weight gain to use regularly. I am on Latuda as my anti psychotic and mood stabilizer but the zyprexa can have an immediate effect in people. It makes me feel normal but I can’t use it every day because of hunger and sleepiness.
So we decided to up the dose of the depot by 20%. We are meeting again in 6 weeks and will reappraise the situation then.

My doctor has kept me on a subclinical dose of Seroquel.
I hate Seroquel. I hope you get something better.

During the years the effectivity of my meds have increased. 10 years ago I got 300 mg Clopixol depot weekly. 30 mg Clopixol as an emergency and 240 mg Ziprasidone by mouth. Now I’m only on 500 mg Clopixol every 3 weeks. 160 mg Ziprasidone by mouth and 400 mg qutiapine by mouth.
My abilify is seemingly getting weaker. However, I am refusing to increase at the mo, and will see if symptoms subside naturally. I just wonder whether we are periodically hit by waves no matter the dosage.
