I came up with a list of ten tattoo ideas. Some I’m not sure about, but there’s no rush, have plenty of time to think it over. Half of them would go on my left lower leg (building a sleeve).
If I get the job for which I’m interviewing tomorrow, I’ll be able to chip away at this list when I resume getting teaching income. The last one on the list is the one I want the most, but it’s going to be so expensive. I’d break it up into two or three sessions and just pay as I go.
I just copied and pasted from the Word document I made:
TATTOO IDEAS
“persevere” – all black – same font and size as “unbroken” – inner left lower leg - $120?
Yeah, ink is addictive. I don’t understand how anyone can get just one or two tattoos and stop at that. That’s like trying to eat just one potato chip. I have an addictive personality, though.
I haven’t touched my arms, since I don’t know if my employer, or future employers, would be cool with it. I don’t want to get stuck wearing long sleeve shirts to work. So, I’m building leg sleeves.
My only worry with the skull is how I’m going to apply lotion to it. It’s going to be a challenge. I normally apply plain, unscented lotion twice a day to a healing tattoo.
The only bad thing about leg tattoos is that my leg and foot twitch like hell. It has nothing to do with pain, it’s not a painful location, it’s just involuntary twitching. There’s a little mistake in one of my leg tattoos from when my leg jumped badly. Maybe you won’t have that problem, though.
I only have 3 tattoos, there’s loads more I want, but its the £££ that keeps me from getting them. I love looking at other peoples tattoos, hope you’ll post some pics as you get them done.
Oh yeah, I’ll post pics on here. It’s the same for me; money is the only thing that holds me back when it comes to getting more. I currently have seven, though I’ve been through a total of ten sessions.
