OK… 9 hours later from the start of my shift and I’m on my second break. After this break I reckon I will be done in 2.5 hours max…

It is strange but I kind of prefer this double Saturday night shift… Because I’m literally in charge of the entire surgery department cleaning on my own. It is so quiet… And I have no real time restrictions… Meaning that I have taken two breaks longer than 1 hour each, just.

Hope u will be done soon. And think of your health, i cancelled a job offer caus of the night shifts and i have the same psychosis nos diagnosis as u.

Thanks Oz.

How did the night shift affect you?

Racing thoughts and trouble falling a sleep after that, the next day always felt like an hangover

Oh well u live and u learn. Any plans for when u are off?

Well once I get home I need to tidy my room really badly before I get threatened with eviction.

And… Clean… The bathroom… :sob:

So much cleaning as of recently

But it’s okay.

And catch up on sleep.

How are you doing this week?

Damn that sucks man.
Im good, going skating today and after that chill in the park

That sounds fun and healthy. I hope you have a good one :relaxed:

Do you know how to do tricks on the skateboard.

Well i dont have a skateboard yet. I always rollerbladed when i was younger at the skateparks, i was pretty good but i havent really skated after my psychotic break 4 years ago

I like rollerblading too. It’s pretty therapeutic. :ok_hand:

Yeah, i keep dreaming about it so i was like ■■■■ it im gonna start again, i was thinking of skateboarding because that seems less taxing on your body

But skateboarding you got the risk of serious injury :grimacing:

With rollerblading i also grind and do spins but everything is higher than skateboarding. Theres no flatlanding as skateboarders do

What is flatlanding. I couldn’t really find a google answer?

Oh nvm sounds obvious lol.

I just can’t believe that rollerblading is more risky than skateboarding. But idk.
