My mouth can’t handle tea … gets too dry.
Wow! Just wow! 1515
My husband and I love a good cup of tea in front of the fireplace. I have one that comes out pink, and my niece thinks it is fantastic…to look at. She doesn’t like drinking it.
I started drinking coffee by just smelling it at my house. Maybe the pink color will be the thing that starts the tea drinker!
I’ve been on a couple of month no coffee. Doesn’t help my sedation but I do have a coffee out with friends. That means like two coffee’s in four months or so! Not sure of any benefit. Not sure on any detriment so I think I’ll start having one in the mornings. I do nap way too much…but I love a decent power nap!
Coffee puts me to sleep for some reason. The rule is more no coffee before 5
I also drink coffee right before I sleep, never keeps me awake.
Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I’ll make myself a coffee, then crawl back in bed.
Then do it again.
I do not have any problems with coffee. I drink a lot because benzos make me feel sleepy all day. But I think tea is healthier and has benefits that coffee does not have.
It’s a good idea to give up taking coffee a little if it does not help you sleep.
If I have coffee I limit how much and drink it early in the day, too much or too late exasperates anxiety and insomnia for me. I do have a variety of teas I keep at home though, even more than @Ninjastar collection. Can buy a huge variety in US grocery stores and specialty tea and health food shops.
