Sup patient …hows the weather in amstardam…i like holland and its people…i have met an dutch woman some 15 years ago …she presented me with lotion and fairness cream…i like her so much…
What helps against this feelings?
Don’t give up just before the miracle. I’ve been fighting back for over 25 years. Went from a ‘hopeless’ case (according to my doctors) to married, family guy, self-employed, and having a great life.
Recovery IS possible!
Take meds as directed, work with your docs, keep a recovery journal, take advantage of whatever therapies you can, and keep your eye on the prize: Recovery. I’ve seen this approach work for so many other SZs!

Now is the time to take care of yourself. Rest when you need rest. Bathe when you have energy. Eat just a little if you can manage to and tell everyone else they are going to have to take a backseat for now. This is your time to rest and take care of just you. Stay alive friend.
