Have you tried thiamine ( vitamin B1) I think that it should help with energy levels. I’ve ordered some because I’m suffering from depression because of covid-19 and I think if I increase my energy levels I will be less depressed.
I get morning depression even on an ad. It helps to take a hot shower and go for a walk.
Working is pretty effective against depression
I’m sorry you are down. Hope you can find things to do to beat the feeling of depression. Recently I felt depressed either. One of my Chinese Sz friends told me an increase of the dose of antipsychotics could help with depression. So I am going to raise my Olanzapine by 2.5mg.
Me too im depress, paranoid and having anxiety issues right now. I feel yea.
I don’t normally feel depressed but today I feel ultra depressed. So I can’t help, but sympathize.

I’m not sure how to get back up, it takes some time for me… it’s not like i can get back up quickly… it takes some time
sometimes i try to reconnect with the things i like, even it if it means staring at them until i have the motivation to try. if that fails, i take a nap and try something different, or something i havent done before. i hope your moods soon uplift you, chordy! be well and safe c:
Talk to a friend, drink a cup of coffee, go for a walk
Man this post hits right in the feels. I usually make some art or try and be near trees.
If that doesn’t work (which is most of the time) I sleep. And sleep. And sleep. That last option is not recommended. It’s incredibly disruptive.
When I’m not sleeping I’ll try to waste time distracted on YouTube or something.
