i have a hard time dealing with anxiety. i shake my leg and other times i rock back and forth. my mother in law says me doing these things makes her nervous so she gets mad at me. i take my anxiety meds and they still don’t help. i also hear gremlins and see shadow people.

Have you ever tried L-theanine ? It might help.

I know what you mean… Everyone get mad at me for pacing. 
Went to my doc yesterday and he started talking about mindfulness. Basically he said that for anxiety just focusing on feeling your lungs breathe can help. Maybe give it a try
Drinking tea helps. Also telling your mind to “stop it.”
From everything I’ve read about your MIL, she’s a serious piece of s**t. I wish you would get away from her. I get mad every time I read how poorly she treats you.

you have to fight the anxiety …it’s all in your head…sounds like you need to tell your pdoc this stuff…unstable a bit I fear.
