Slowly removing sugar from my diet

Don’t worry, you don’t need the extra sugar.
Carbs found in our food is converted into sugar anyway.

I misspelled what I wanted to write. What I meant was crapey, like crape paper. It is pretty creepy, though.

Good for you. It really is a worthwhile investment to eat a bit better and exercise a bit more. It’s not easy but it’s really good to have a go at it and wish you all the best!

I’m also trying to slowly get off sugar. I’m trying to slowly start the ketogenic diet. I watched a documentary about it on Netflix and it sounds really good for the body.

Good luck! I don’t think I could ever eliminate sugar from my diet. I don’t have too much as it is, but I have to have some vice, and sugar is mine.

i have a lot of sugar in my diet, mostly from sweet sauces in foods i eat ate lately freeze pops to keep cool in the heat
