Sleeping well is very important

Last night I slept 11 hours and when I woke up in this morning I really felt good, at least for me sleeping well is very important, then after waking up I ate, took my meds, had coffee and did some Internet browsing before my morning walk, in this day I have felt good, not tired at all and I am full of energy, I walked at least four kilometers in snow today, I feel it in my legs now, I am not riding my bicycle because the bicycle paths are frozen and I have no winter tires. Basically on this Christmas I feel great.
