I sleep anywhere from 9-11 hours a night, then take a short nap during the day. It’s especially bad during the winter. Hang in there, man.
Thats 13hrs of sleep in a day and the day hasn’t ended, I may sleep again.

According to my watch i fell asleep at 8:16 and woke up at 6:14 am. 9 hours of total sleep was recorded. Some people would laugh at me for going to bed at 8pm on a Friday night.
No, I didn’t nap during the day and slept like 8-9hrs a night sometimes less.
When I was on 100mg monthly paliperidone I was not working and sleeping at least 12 hours. I would stay up until 2am and wake up at 2pm. I reduced my dose to 75mg and a few months later I was in a course and then working. I started going to bed after 8pm most nights and i can’t sleep more than 9 hours even if I try.
I need to sleep about 12 hours a day. I’m on Abilify.
I seem to have the opposite problem. I’m on Abilify but can’t get more than 5 or 6 hours sleep a night. Occasionally I will crash for longer, but it’s not very often. It sucks

I just realize it’s Saturday and it means nothing to me.
That’s what I’ve been doing lately, well except the last couple days, forcing myself to make music. But anyways, that’s how it basically was for me the last few weeks. Was pretty depressing. All I could do was wake up, feel sad I couldn’t enjoy anything, go back to sleep since it was pointless being awake.
Only started staying awake, and then making music cause I figured it couldn’t be good for my health staying in bed most hours of the day.
@Aziz you should try staying awake just for the sake of staying awake. Cause staying in bed all day isn’t good for your health.
I had a stretch of time when I was sleeping way too much but for me it eventually improved.
Got out of bed at 3pm now I’m on the couch lol
