Sleep with schizophrenia and bipolar patients

To be honest I’ve never had much issue with sleep, except voices keeping me up, but that felt like forever ago.

I’ve tried, believe me I’ve tried.

There’s some interesting information here too

(of how melantonin is secreted and of sleep deprivation preceding pyschosis)

As a sza, I definitely experience a few sleep issues every once in a while.

I remember a few years ago a poster wrote the Header…

“Husband Pissing All Over Me”

(her husband was being grumpy with her)

It was something to that effect and I couldn’t stop laughing and wrote something like…

“Sounds kinky!”
:joy:

I just wish i could remember the exact quote that was posted.

It sure does. I spend many sporadic sleepless nights too.
