8 hours is bang on for me

I use a Fitbit Inspire 3 to track my sleep and steps throughout the day.

Not sure on accuracy but I think fitbits are decent. For biometrics they appear to be the market leader too.

Between 8 and 10 hours

My sleep tracker helps me as an early warning sign to prevent mania. When I have slept poorly for 3 nights in a row, I know to implement my CBTI protocol before I get to the point I can’t make the conscious effort.

One is built into my watch. I have never found it useful so I stopped wearing my watch to bed and just let it charge overnight. I have the persistent nightmares no matter what I do.
