Fairly simple one too.
200mg magnesium glycinate
330mg tryptophan
15mg zink (with 1mg copper)
1mg melatonin
7.5mg zyprexa
I also take 1mg lithium orotate earlier in the day, every other day.

Be careful. Those can build up in your body and cause toxicity.
Zinc and Magnesium are antagonist I’m fairly use the use the same transporters so impair absorbsion when taken together
I just don’t understand why you do it. Like it seems little to no discernable benefit to cost. Yeah. I take supplements too and they work for my general lifestyle but 7.5mgs of zyprexa does the job admirably.
Yeah. We are all different but seriously. Diet and exercise will probably give you better gains than what I can see from nitpicking over supplements. Correct me if I’m wrong but I remember the old days of orthomolecular and I just don’t see the gains it’s supposed to deliver.
Well, that’s just it. The zyprexa doesen’t do the job in my case. I have had insomnia for 9 years. I did diet. I excersised, but supplements are the only that give some noteworthy relief for sleep.
I doubt it. Maybe at higher doses. Do you have sources?
Doesen’t matter as long as better sleep is achieved. Zink and magnesium seems to work better together, than magnesium on it’s own in my case.
There are so many different compounds out there these days that you can have access to that chances are that you could receive benefit from one of them. Likey it would require some experimentation and knowledge to decern which and what you might benefit from. Agree that the effect size might be small in comparison to exercise, diet, and sleep. That said in practice not many people are using comprehensive stacks which can be synergistic and provide surprisingly powerful effects.
The amount you can benefit is also related to targeting your issues. I.e. studies have shown that people do not benefit much from taking a general supplement but taking a supplement that targets health is where people see benefit. I personally think we can benefit from supplements since we have a chronic medical disorder. The metrics are a bit more loose and subjective for cognition though without valid testing. I could ask the question of why L-theanine and sarcosine pinned threads?
L-theanine for example is not necessarily a supplement in the traditional form of vitamin. There are many nootropics out there. This is basically very rudimentary cosmetic neurology it will become incredibly popular in the future. Look at the global production of coffee. What are the chance that in the future that coffee will be the only stimulant that is widespread and regularly consumed, basically 0%
