I am a proud participant in Recurrent Isolated Sleep Paralysis. Super fun y’all! Jk, it sucks. If you ever wanna wake up mind uckfed, this is it. Does anyone else have this charming blessing in their life? If so, any crazy stories?
Much love
That sounds terrifying. Is there anything you can do to help with this condition?
Well, I’ve learned that if I try to fight the hallucination it only grows stronger. So now I just try to sit back and enjoy the show. Which can be hard if there’s a 6 legged demon on your chest, snarling in your face.
I have it…i can force out of it most times…wait for level three…
What charming-ness awaits me in level 3?
I had it from severe sleep deprivation whilst trying out abilify, i thought they were seizures at first, because I’ve had one before. I was just relieved they werent
What was it like?
The seizure? My brain started tingling, felt like i was gonna die, lost conscioussness and my body started floating from the floor towards the wall, then woke up
Interesting article on Wikipedia:
I read that! Idc what they say about citations, Wikipedia is alright with me. Have you ever experienced this?
I’m not sure. I do remember occasionally waking up abruptly out of a deep sleep and not being able to move. Only lasted for some seconds. Just kind of lying there staring up at the ceiling and not able to move. I just figured that my consciousness woke up faster than my physical body in those instances. Only happens a few times a year, and I don’t recall any fear or feeling any presence or demon or anything. More just wondering why I couldn’t move.

Ohhhhhh Wahhhhh Ahhh Ahhhh
I’ve heard of one person having sleep paralysis like this. I’m kinda jelly…

Ahaha! That’s probably exactly the way I would look too during sleep paralysis
Demon chupacabras got me like…
