Since giving up caffeine I can handle stress better

Also I’m getting to sleep at a decent time and getting up at a decent time too.

Plus I wake up feeling refreshed and don’t have a hangover for most of the day.

To top it all my anxiety levels are lower.

I didn’t realise caffeine was having such a negative effect on me.

Same. I’m much less irritable with being down to a cup of coffee per day. Fewer problems with irregular heartbeat now as well.
