Sorry i’m insisting with this, but ANY OF YOU had or have this extrapyramidal side effect?! I can’t be alone…

Not me. On any med… If you’re getting it on abilify and invega maybe try a different med. That’s all you can do.

Thank you. I think i developed this side effect and it appears with any AP 
i don’t know…i have to ask my pdoc for help with this. I don’t want to develop tardive dyskinesia. I don’t want to have this EPS. I tolerated this side effect for so long…i would love my pdoc decided i can go to an end of AP treatment

I move thumbs of my hands in a specific pattern, and also I move the end of my legs in a very rapid and repeated tremor like movement,
They give me a sense of pleasure,

Yes, I had my eyes roll up into the top of my head many times. When they lowered the dose of perphenazine, the oculargyric stuff stopped.
It was not particularly a problem for my eyes to roll into the top of my head. I thought it was part of the illness and didn’t know for the longest time that it was a side effect.

I have server tremors in my hands and it interferes with eating and writing and artwork and any task that requires use of steady hands

I have TD in my both eyes from geodon muscle cramps and nystagmus dont wanna scare you but I still have it but it’s lesser over the years… it’s very bad

Do you take AP nowadays? Nystagmus is another name for it, yeah. Did you visit a neurologist?

they suggested botox injections in my eye muscles i said hell no

I had severe dystonia while on haldol. Thankfully I was in the hospital at the time (never though I’d say that) and they gave me a big shot of benadryl and changed my meds.

So benadryl should help with this but it might make you drowsy.
YES! I used to get it sometimes before hearing voices. I thought it had something to do with the voices I used to think it was something ‘they’ did to make me hear voices. It’s also a big red flag as to why I don’t think my voice is real
