I don’t use soap when I shower, because I get perfectly clean without it.
I do use shampoo, though.

I don’t know why other schizophrenics avoid showers… For me it’s one of the loudest places for auditory hallucinations and I feel like I’m being watched the whole time, but I prefer to be clean. I like to look as if I’m ready to head out the door.

im lazy when it comes to showers TBH…I don’t mind having stinky armpits sometimes

That’s what deodorant is for. Isn’t a deodorant body spray good enough? Or frebreese?

Water only does not solve oils on skin and hair, shampoo and soap are necessary for the showering purposes,

I shampoo in my kitchen sink. I just think it’s easier that way. I use soap in the shower. I just shampoo and shower once a week. That’s how I solve the problem. And I use lots and lots of anti perspirant.
