Angie keeps us in shower body wash and shampoo thank goodness. I like my current body wash it is for men and it smells like cologne after the shower.

I don’t have BO at all because I really don’t perspire.
I manage to force myself in the shower every once a week or so.
I use soap and shampoo. :shower:

Psstt. I gotta have body wash, and tar gel shampoo for my psoriasis.

I’ve done that before but with baths. I just fill the tub with hot water and soak. Usually it is because I have the chills or something and it deals with it. I can see the point you just want a poor mans hot tub.

Well then you’re defeating the purpose of a shower because you’re not actually getting clean, you’re just getting wet…

For a good portion of my life, until I think halfway or more through high school I basically did this and I was just disgusting all the time. I cringe thinking about it now. My hair was just filled with oily gunky dandruff and I probably smelled bad too. That’s not being clean. Sometimes my mom would grab me and wash my hair in the sink or would try to police my showering to make sure I did it. Sometimes I would just run the water in the bathroom and pretend like I was showering. I had issues as a kid.

In summary, please use soap and shampoo. You don’t need to use shampoo every day but you do need to use it. It doesn’t take much time at all, takes me like a minute to do both.
