I noticed and talked to a lot of people here that are suffering one way or the other, this time of the year is especially difficult for most of us, holidays are stressful, we’ve all got our own bagages and illnesses.

So this is a shout out for all of you, let’s not lose hope that better days will come. Let’s be supportive towards each other and help one another.

A friend told me today not to let fear control my life. I immediately though about all of us, and how we let ourselves be controled by little fears here and there… Let’s not.

We’re the silent warriors of society.

Unfortunately Fear runs my life.

I am either fearful or depressed lately, usually both.

I agree that we should support each other.

I’ve been battling with the flu the last couple of days. Thanks for such a positive post @Minnii It’s a long hard road having schizophrenia.
