I was in the top 2% of intelligence in college. 7 years ago I was in the top 2.67% and someone was harassing me, when I took the test. I live at the bottom 7% of income in the United States. A lot of nasty people with money, follow me around, lying. I don’t think they’re very intelligent. I know intelligent people, do make money, but a lot of unintelligent liars do, too.

On the flip side, are you saying that dumb people should live in poverty? It’s not like any of them chose to be born that way.

Well ideally, no one should live in poverty.
I’ve never seen the rule that intelligent people are exempt from poverty. Intelligence could help a person get out of poverty but if you are asking if morally, intelligent people shouldn’t have to live in poverty I would say, no, that’s not true. Smart people are not special, they have to make it in life just like anyone else.
I just saw the best cloud go by, it was kind of shaped like a pig and makes me want to watch some Porky Pig cartoons after I shave my ankles.

I don’t really care how anyone lives. I guess you’d have to do a study about honesty and intelligence. My mother’s father taught at a University, but even though she was intelligent, she lived in poverty with schizophrenia too, because she was illegitimate.

It’s probably mostly a corruption problem.
Having a college degree doesn’t prove intelligence. Some people do far better out there than in college. I think I personally would have done better in a vocational course. Something like an apprenticeship.

Well, I know a college degree doesn’t mean anything. I was talking about IQ level, and being forced to live in poverty. But I realize it’s mostly, probably a corruption problem.
Bankers and politicians both pander to businesses therefore business people are meant to be top of the table.

Yes, I agree with your statement. Majority of all billionaires own their own businesses.
I don’t believe you can rate people based on these graphs. At least not in USA. Back when I worked I worked 2 jobs to increase my income. I worked an Electrical job and Security job. I don’t see where I would fit into your diagram. I just don’t think you can easily lump people into these catagories.

Holding an electrical job and security job would put you in the lower social economic class segment of the pyramid. There are executives at major corporations that earn 6-digit figure salaries that would cover the incomes of both your jobs but not to mention these executives have attained Master of Business Administration degrees.

I don’t think having high IQ entitles anyone to a free lunch. It’s supposed to be equal opportunities for everyone according to morals no matter what qualities a person has. Besides I don’t think being intelligent is a value to judge anyone. Intelligent people can have the same bad traits as anyone else, only they most likely can do more damadge.

I would hope that one day we can all live with security so far as food, shelter, and health go. That we will be able to wrap ourselves in dignity. And that we can all go about our day with a sense of purpose, that we all contribute in some way. This should be for everyone, not just a few select few.
My 2 cents.

You may not agree with the social economic class charts but that is how society will classify all individuals living in a country. We, schizophrenics are classified as the underclass with a few statistical outliers here and there.

I don’t know what country you live in but that’s not how we live here. Besides a few at the top who are full of themselves.
