I’m taking 600 mg Clozapine and 4 mg Haloperidol. They help a little bit, but I still hear voices all day long. I don’t want to stop the Clozapine because I can’t sleep without it. Maybe I could swap the Haloperidol for another drug? I’ve never tried Seroquel. I just don’t believe anything I do will take away these voices. I’ve heard voices my whole life.
How long you been on clozapine
You might need to give it time
I’m on clozapine and I sleep really well

If you’re looking for something stronger, I don’t think there is any psychotropic drug stronger than Haldol. People can react differently to the same med, though.
Seroquel and Xyprexa will help you sleep. I don’t know what the best for voices is
Sometimes medication doesn’t take voices away. That happens to me. I take medication and I hear voices all the time. When I was hospitalized a psychiatrist told me that if medication couldn’t stop my voices, I should get used to live with them. And ok. Medication doesn’t stop my voices, but with medication my voices are more kind with me. So it’s really important for me to take medication.
