What kind of symptoms to you continue to have on clozapine? Most specifically voices?
I don’t have any other than drooling at night but I just got out on a med to stop that but I can’t think of the name. It’s a great rx. I was voice free for 7 years. In the beginning it makes you tired but it goes away

I’m on 400mg Clozaril and I still hear voices daily; but that’s about it.

Voices never stopped for me when I took it. Even on the max dose which is something like 900mg. I was able to get down to 400mg at the lowest but I was horribly symptomatic on Clozaril. Highly delusional. At the time I had been on every other atypical and couldn’t tolerate typicals so I was kinda stuck. I was very sedated and my mind was so pushed back I couldn’t verbalize how bad it was and I was too scared to talk about the delusions so I just dealt with it somehow until something new came to market.
