I have been taking it for a couple of days almost a week I am not noticing much difference but its a high dose 2000mg… I think it might be too high.
The regular lion’s mane didn’t do much for me. The Amyloban 3399 version of it has been a game changer. I don’t know what the difference is between the two, but it is important.
Read it may take a few weeks to take effect…
Do you feel it affects sleep in any way? I’m insomniac, would consider trying if it’s good for sleep.

If you eat it fresh it’s delicious. Both fried or baked. It’s the original “meat” in pad Thai though they call it monkey head. As far as medicine I’m doubtful it has any value. I’ve been eating it for years. I’m still mentally wonky.
I tried it for anxiety, maybe I got the wrong brand.
I take one of these pills a day and it keeps my mood more good, better well-being is referred to sometimes.
