Didn’t you get a med increase or a new prescription a few days ago?
In that case, I’d say you should give it some time to work. It might take a while for you to feel a noticeable effect.
And unless the running commentary is unbearable or malicious, there’s not much the hospital can do, I think.
Go om it will help u…??? Trust me…!!
If you’re feeling unsafe it’s best to go. I’ve had breakthrough symptoms before and have gotten a medicine called Haldol or haloperidol from the hospital that works quickly to stop hallucinations for me. They may be able to give you some of that to help you until your new medicine starts working. Good luck and please take care of yourself.
Hospital isn’t so bad… I mean it was when I was younger but now I’m old enough… It’s not so bad anymore for some reason. I think I prefer the hospital real life
I already take haldol and risperidone…
It is unbearable… It drives me crazy. They could give me something to calm me down.
Clozapine…

@Om_Sadasiva there’s no reason to suffer, if you need help you should go to the hospital. I’ll be thinking good thoughts for you.
Haldol is the fastest acting AP I believe
I heard some music and voices lessened… Now I am better. I will give haldol time to work fully.
Hope you feel better soon @Om_Sadasiva. If you feel you can’t cope then do check yourself in. I just did. I’m in hospital now.
i got to the point i told my doc when things were going north or south and we juggled. i’m not a hospital fan unless you are a danger to yourself or others but that is just my personal opinion and how i handle it.
