I lost 48kg and now have saggy wrinkled skin.
I am afraid of surgeries

Im not sure but you could look into it and see if the government covers it for weightloss reasons.
From a perspective of you choosing to become healthier, you actually saved the government money in the long run on potential health costs so covering a cosmetic surgery like that should be covered.

It doesn’t bother me too much but I am afraid if I date women would find it ugly. I saw people online who did the surgery because their wife found it ugly or if i go to the beach i will scare ppl

up to you ofcourse. i think if its interfering with your mobility etc then maybe you should do it. id personally be less willing to do it just for cosmetic purposes. if you are going to do it, id get down as low as i could first then do it, that way you get the maximum benefit… just my opinion

If it preoccupies your mind in a bad way and it’s free. Yes. I lived with things that kept me from being social and dominated my mind and it was fixable through healthcare.
These things don’t bother me personally but it kept me even more asocial. Skin issues that I could hide. Also my teeth

Loose skin can be a health/hygiene issue, because it is harder to keep clean/dry. It might be covered.
If your doctor says you’re a good candidate, and you can afford it/get it covered, why not? You would feel better, look better, and be more comfortable.
