Hi all 
My pdoc raised my zyprexa 20 days ago from 7,5mg to 10 mg. But this evening, I went a bit agitated… It’s new this for me. I was more apathetic and lethargic in the past. But this agitation was painful too…
At first, I forgot that I have my zyprexa increased since 20 days, but maybe it’s this the reason?
But I dont want to remain like this either, sheesh… maybe it will fade away and I’ll get used to it or the opposite - the med will affect me like this every evening? 
What do you think? Maybe my mental and body need this in a way? Idk… if I’ll get only the pacing, itll be strange too…

I get agitation sometimes, always did while on meds. Nothing serious or dangerous.

Oh, thanks for still answering me aziz. I still had the inability to think well even if I was more agitated, but I didn’t know how to take this agitation yeap… maybe it’s a good thing in a way… you know too, that I spent 20 years between 4 walls for the most of the time…
I still believe that I should do some other efforts in order to recover better, I dont believe much in meds for my case a bit but idk…
What are you doing when agitated? I still dont go out with this, cause the zyprexa doesnt work a lot on my particular paranoia lol… I have those cognitive disabilities too,maybe that’s why…
But yeah, I hope the agitation will calm down a bit with the time?

I wouldn’t wait long to tell your pdoc. If it’s the AP causing the agitation it could get worse with time
It’s not such a bad agitation but it’s only the beginning of the increase, only since 20 days… maybe there’s chances it will calm down, no? My pdoc tries to heal my fears with more zyprexa now… but I went a bit less sensible too lol…
In the most of the cases, the agitation gets worse or what?
I was way too much in my bed for years because of my fears and the inability to think too lol…

I think you should ask your dr if you’re still agitated tomorrow.
Ok. I think that in the day, I feel less my zyprexa cause I take it in the evening… my days are always better… but if after it take, I’ll be always excited and agitated, it’ll be tough…
I think that maybe I have a bpd too with my sz now, so that’s why I dont get better since years even while being on meds, idk…

I feel restless, I pace back and forth in the house, racing thoughts and too much energy. Its like hypomania for me.
I like it occasionally bcz otherwise I am suffering in bed all day.
It happens every other day not everyday otherwise it would be annoying and tiring and I would have told my psychiatrist. If its everyday or severe for you tell your pdr.

I see… yeah, I paced today too. But the minimum treating dosage of the zyprexa is 10 mg…
Tbh, I often feel as a sinner now after what I’ve done and thought through the years 
… I wasn’t nice nope…
I was diagnosed as bpd once, but maybe now I have both - bpd and sz. I try to forgive myself now, but it’s hard even this…maybe my paranoia turns around my sins…

I was agitated the other day.
Had to take some Klonopin.
Is it possible to have sza with only occasional hypomania?

Yeah, I ended up today of regretting how I really was for way too long…
Hi Anna, I think with me it was some mania and anxiety but the meds have made me agitated before.
Yeah take a prescribed benzo if you have it.
Are you experiencing an inability to sit still? My Zyprexa is at 7.5mg and when my doc increased it to 10mg I couldn’t sit still no matter how hard I tried. He had to lower it back to 7.5.

Oh maybe its akathisia, not agitation.
Hey @agent101g, after 2 hours that evening, now my agitation calmed down. I was slightly unable to sit before this, yeap… maybe it’s like this when it kicks in… now it’s better. But maybe tomorrow after it take, itll be the same, idk…

Tell your pdr about it, he shoud prescribe Benzatropine like me.
