Short update - classes are going well!

Hi guys~

thx to a lot of encouraging words Ive got on here, i havent missed a single class this week!

im about to have a 9:00 class soon. im really happy that ive been able to get up on time and prepare to go to school. im no longer experiencing mental paralysis anymore when i try to do things, which is super good^^

i feel really safe and stable in my mental state of mind recently. but i definitely wont push myself too hard and will try to move at a maintainable pace so i can finish this semester!
im also starting a new part time job next month that ive wanted to get since high school.

thx for the support guys! (^-^)

Hey, keep taking your meds. You are right about pacing yourself, do not try to take on a whole lot.

What medication are you on and what have you found that helps?

How did the test from the other day go? Or was it yesterday?

im on zyprexa for the most part, and a few others i cant remember the names right now.

in terms of what helps, um…i would say the meds just do their part by making me more numb to a lot of things, like the inability to cry and make me sort of depressed looking for the most part. which are things that i dont like but it at least gets me through the day.

i think what really helped me was going to bed early so i could wake up at a appropriate time every morning. and exercise. but those are mostly just personal hacks i found useful for me lol

Oh hey, thx! im so happy u remembered my post^^

it went well. i finished early and was confident about my answers. After that I went to go watch a few senior students graduation thesis presentations at my school. everything went well, but the teacher that i had a “crush” on is now moving back to the US…so kinda bummed lol but im more looking forward to my next semester with a new teacher so, not as bummed anymore lolol
