Here’s my desing without values yet

Milk 2% (calcium, protein)
Coconut water (electrolytes)
Banana (potassium, carbs)
Ground raw organic cacao nibs (magnesium)
Matcha tea (caffeine, l-theanine)

I’ll add more to taste later

Water (hydrogen and oxygen)

Whizz them all together for 5 seconds.

Hempseed(that I try to consume cause a lot of proteins are contained)-maximum 3 spoons
Kakao nips(to make it tasty, I add this.)-1 spoon
Milk(it’s carbs, but acceptable.) 200ml

I used to have this drink before buying a protein shake.

Got idea about hempseed of using cricket powder. Just need to figure out the price compared per gram of protein.

Energy smoothie? I carb load mine. Lots of fruit and veg, whichever you like. No fat. Maybe protein powder.
