I made myself a smoothie and this is how I made it!
4 spoon fulls of cappuccino mix
1 banana
1 vanilla yogurt (the small ones)
1/4 cup of quick oats
A splash of milk
a tray full of ice cubes
Blend until smooth
and it’s ready! And soooo good

That sounds more like an iced coffee. lol When I think of smoothies I think of fruits and vegetables. haha
@LED you’re probably right but it is filling because of the quick oats and so tasty!
I love smoothies.
Been making different kinds lately and I use the quick oats too.
So easy and satisfying.
This sounds really good with the cappuccino mix and banana.
@Genbu it is soooo good I’d totally suggest trying this one out and I used the oats so it would be filling I calculated how many calories it is and it’s 347 so not to bad
