That’s the problem lol I don’t know how to change that

slowly with practice. We need to practice positivism everyday with distractions and good thoughts.
Try writing down the things you like about yourself. I am sure there is a lot.

I used to write down my thoughts but I tore up the pages and threw them away. It was just too fuckeed up… made me feel worse

not your negative thoughts.

Compile a list of for example

  1. things you like about yourself physical or mental
  2. things that used to or still they make you happy
  3. things you like to do in the future

Writing down lists helps us a lot and soon you can distract yourself with these thoughts
