That’s the problem lol I don’t know how to change that
slowly with practice. We need to practice positivism everyday with distractions and good thoughts.
Try writing down the things you like about yourself. I am sure there is a lot.

I used to write down my thoughts but I tore up the pages and threw them away. It was just too fuckeed up… made me feel worse
not your negative thoughts.
Compile a list of for example
- things you like about yourself physical or mental
- things that used to or still they make you happy
- things you like to do in the future
Writing down lists helps us a lot and soon you can distract yourself with these thoughts
