Scientists crack what they say is the perfect way to boil an egg

I have found that 30 minutes in a sous vide at 65F and then a minute in simmering water delivers an egg with a perfectly cooked white and a thick, but not congealed yolk.

Even with all the cooking I do all the time, I’ve never hard boiled eggs! So crazy! But I’m nervous about ruining them. I need to get a mesh scoop to get them out of the water gently

Instant Pot eggs are good because the shells never stick to the egg when you peel them.
