It’s not our fault were not funny, not even weird funny. Honestly i realize a while back i was the funniest in my circle and beyond but things changed when i was medicated, from time to time i go manic and i would make everyone laugh till they beg me to stop,
I dont even remember what i say, but i always say it straight and with the most odbvious lack of self awareness plus i always go on a long burn which takes minutes sometimes. THAT is in the past for me and everyone.
honestly, beside @77nick77 who tries to hard, but at least he tries to be funny and @Jonnybegood who is the funniest manic guy you will ever now after me, theres nobody else. That preety much sums the schizophrenics who are funny.
I drew a picture similar to this one, a long time ago, but I can’t find my drawing. So, here’s one from the internet. Mine had the orange saying, “Mom?! NOOOOO!”, at the orange juice.
I don’t like being grouped in with “we” are all a certain way, I’m not a big fan of group identities because there is no group with which I agree with every tenant of that group identity. That doesn’t mean I won’t participate in a group but I identify as @Headspark unique individual different from everyone else. I am a unique individual, everyone is a unique individual and we should be evaluated on who we are, not just what group we say we are a part of. There are good people and bad people in every group.
I’m not a stand up comedian but I’ve made people laugh before on many occasions…
There’s a real professional stand up comedian that used to post on this forum.
He has schizophrenia and is a semi famous comic!
He puts on shows in public arenas like comedy clubs all over the country!
@Headspark is correct when he says that we shouldn’t all be lumped together as one big group.
We are all individuals.
Some of us are funny while some are not.
