Have you been having more trouble lately?

No I am not… I want schizophrenia gone forever

I hope so too. But maybe we have to focus on what we can do today. It is good to hope but worry about right now. There is so much life you can enjoy just waiting for you. You can be happy right now even with the sz.

join a mental ehalth club…its good for meeting like minded people…its a place where you can partake in art creative writing or health managenmt, or just drop in for a coffee

But she can be rather stubborn. She might be around for awhile. But that’s okay. Because while she can make life more difficult, she doesn’t have to control you or ruin your life. Just work around her.

That is like Buddhism. You transfer negative energy into mere energy that can’t harm you. And it is a great way to look at it.

I think it will help. Just take everything slowly and be patient. It takes work and I know you can do it.
