Make a bucket list of everything you truly want to be, do or have. Start trying to achieve something simple first and give yourself plenty of credit for it.

Try not to let the stigma of having a diagnosis get you down. Most “normies” won’t ever understand and that’s usually ok.

A lot of self help and psychology books are pure crap but there are a lot that have good advice too. You kind of have to try out ideas for yourself to see if you think they work for you. I like some of the ideas of Dale Carnegie, Steven Covey, Zig Ziglar, Abraham Low, that dead Don’t Sweat the small stuff guy, and even the late Wayne Dyer. I think it’s good to read autobiographies of people you admire too.

you have to come up with your own ideas.

“Original” ideas are usually some synthesis of already existing ideas. For practical everyday life, that’s probably all one really needs.

you don’t speak for me. and if i asked i predict everyone else would say the same thing.

Do you have examples of some of your own ideas (specifically on how to get well)?

But yes I agree everyone must figure it out for themselves one way or another.

Yes here are two examples

It is funny when a joke describes how things seen, heard, felt, tasted or smelled with pieces which are alike or opposite are said to be connected by a combination of both.

Humans require polyphenols, amino acids, fatty acids, starch, sugar, fiber, protein, electrolytes, salt, water, vitamins, some minerals, some elements, macronutrients and enzymes. a simple recipe is a six star elite chocolate whey protein powder drink, a fresh banana, a palm full of salted cashews and a centrum multivitamin.

Is that good enough for you?

Try to get as healthy as possible. Meds, eating right, and regular exercise.

Get your mind/ body/ and spirit in top working order.

Make goals, simple ones, and try to reach them one at a time. Don’t aim for the stars right away but take joy in the little achievements.

I wish you good luck…
