Perhaps we can try treating each of them separately :
I always thought this. It’s a viscous cycle.
Being depressed makes me have no motivation which means I can’t do things I need to do
which triggers my OCD making me uncomfortable
which means I get anxiety
which means I usually end up having a panic attack
which leads to overthinking
which leads to insomnia
which leads to mania
which leads to psychosis.
Which leads to suicidal thoughts.
After psychosis I am tired and oversleep
which makes me depressed again.
And the cycle continues.
You are still really cool to me.
Thanks Arturo, love you
love you too
I blame the cats.
Great. It gives me more energy.
Any side effect…!!!
At first, I noticed stomach issues, minor hypomania, and headaches. I started sleeping less, but I’m adjusting. Thanks for asking!
Dont worry we will get cured in this life time…!!!
Yes far_cry0. They separated based on gene profiles. wonder how long before they start treating people using same profiles. It would be more like era of personalized medicine. Any one??!
Oooh, that’s an interesting article
This article was published in 2014. Nothing new on the (battle)field since that breakthrough because there is a huge gap between research and psychiatry practices daily at the patients level …not mentioned huge financial/power interests in Big Pharma/academic psychiatry/politicians which lead to systemic inertia…
It’s taking forever - but they are working on drugs based on particular genetic profiles.
