I know that schizophrenia may cause some memory loss, at least this was in my case, when I noticed that I could not remember things and thoughts I started writing these in my paper notebooks. Have you had any similar methods?
hmm, I didn’t think to do that. I suffer with my fair share of memory issues so thanks for be idea.

I used to write EVERYthing down in my notebook that I carried around with me, until I realized others were using things against me.
So I went back to my code, and I’ll be damned they still attempt to rewrite things, but just can’t firgure out the code-hahaha!
