I heard that the depressive type is more like schizophrenia than the bipolar type and wanted to know if that was true.
No idea, but I have the depressive type, it involves a lot of negatives.
You said “like” sz. Sza is sz plus bp. It’s like you get a 2 for 1
Right, that’s how I understand it. too.
I think the sz is the same. I have sza with bp
I heard that the bipolar type is more like bipolar than schizophrenia.
I’ve got sza bipolar and I got all the symptoms of both minus major cognitive deficits
no it’s both 12121313
Couldn’t find anything but I did find this.
i don’t know, my doctors disagree about what kind of sza i have.
I have sz other with psychotic features… plus i dabble in ptsd and did… with sleep paralysis… i have manic moments but no depression… i dont know what sz other is at all… there was some connecting point to this but i forgot by the time i wrote it all out…
I like how your mi sounds like a Starbucks coffee…
Lol it does sound like the most specific starbucks order of all time lol… that made me laugh pretty hard thanks…
I have sza depressive type. Pdoc says it’s a heads or tails diagnosis for sz.
I’ve heard this once too. I don’t know if it is true however. My son’s pdoc told me that schizoaffective, bipolar type is the same as having both sz and bipolar at the same time. It’s two illnesses in one. Schizoaffective, depressed type is like having both sz and major depression at the same time. And bipolar is a more severe illness than major depression.
That’s what I heard too!
It’s not really possible to say what MI is more severe than another. Some people’s anxiety disorders are more severe than another persons bipolar disorder, and one person’s borderline personality disorder can be more severe than another persons sz. It’s all very individual. We are all quite unique in our presentations of our MI symptoms.
