Saw my therapist today. That went well. This is the best therapist I have had in a long time. And I have been through many over the years of going to mental health. She is very interested in my blog and supportive of my faith. She sees how it helps me and I appreciate that.

This is correct! I went thrift shopping, and earlier this morning I finally cleaned up my apartment.
There’s still a lot of room for improvement with the cleaning, but it looks way better.
I also picked up some free bread.

I put clothes away yesterday that were in the laundry basket for weeks! Felt so nice.

Good for you! I also put up a ton of laundry in my closet last night.
There’s a charity right around the corner from me that helps people out with food and other things. They have free bread like everyday, and people are allowed to take as much as they want.
