Clowns freak me the hell out.
I grew up in a circus town. Clowns everywhere. My mother was a professional clown. So were several of my teachers.
I just find them to be freaky. You’ll never catch me anywhere near a circus. Clowns and snakes are my only real phobias.
I really need to go to sleep but I’m afraid to have nightmares so I don’t want to sleep. I’m getting tired, though. I just keep going back and forth on all my social media but everyone is in bed and no one is talking. Nothing new to see.

I can’t watch things. It makes me really anxious for some reason. I don’t know why. But I’ll be alright. It’s just the time of year. It’ll pass eventually.

Oh no, it’s fine. I only get freaked out if there’s a clown right there irl, or I suppose even on a TV/movie screen.

I did something stupid, I used a SAD lamp for longer than the package said to, more like 3-4 hours rather than 1-2 hours, and it messed me up badly. I was so wakeful I couldn’t sleep at all, and here I am at 3 AM after just lying in bed for a few hours without dreaming.
Well, the thing definitely works for wakefulness, at least…
