All my life I thought general relativity was unreachable; but the more I read upon it. Iām less skeptical, all I worry about is being mathematically accurate though. Like writing up long reams of paper work on equations

Does anyone else dream of thier old friends and friendship? I dreamed that me and my old best friend were travelling to america ( we actually did at 17) and that she gave me a friendship necklace with stuff from the sea on it. Waking up was disappointing

Saw Charles. Banjo is the same size as Charles and the only way to tell them apart is Banjos fluffy tail.

Apparently jails /prisons in Finland have the least reoffenders upon release.
They get like a shared apartment with no locks and they cook their own food and they work a job and get salary and also have to attend therapy and psychiatric treatment need it be and wear a ancle monitor.
Itās a really nice apartment they get .
Apparently ion release most of them work and become law abiding citizens.
Itās the best system in the world it is said.
Although i donāt think those who torture and serial kill or molest etc should ever be released or live.
Otherwise I think it sounds good even though itās doting on the bad guys it seems to have a good effect.
In normal jails the crims usually continue to be criminals from behind bars and at prison guards etc that doesnāt seem to happen in Finland.
The guards treat them with respect and kindness .
Donāt know how they handle situations if they get violent or disrespectful.
Interesting to hear that Finland is said to have the best system in the world where prisoners stop being criminals and start working etc
Apparently the finish society are kind to released prisoners and donāt discriminate them and include them in community.
That guy who killed 150 women in America got death sentence and maybe thatās the only way he would stop killing because how do you rehabilitate people like that and they pretend and charm and act perfect .
Psychopaths are usually popular and look perfect they say .

Just biked to town to get my meds and picked up a pie and coke no sugar. I am feeling pretty good after the exercise of biking to town. I feel the endorphins and feel more capable of achieving my dreams and getting back into work and stuff. Exercise ftw! How are your guys days going?

I watched worlds toughest prisons /jails on tv and ig showed jails in different countries.
Interesting!
Most are horrible places and real rough and violent with horrible conditions.
Not place to heal and improve I think.
Thereās so much drugs and crime in jails too.
Apparently top drug syndicates run businesses from in jail.
Someone could put a stop to it but no one does because they pay so many people to look other way or help them.

Not much going on here today. Just been drinking coffee and trying to fight this fatigue.
Jimmy was making biscuits on me earlier trying to wake me up LOL. Lilā lovebug. 
I got up shortly after that and gave him his snack.
Mamacita and I are planning a Walmart trip tomorrow. Hopefully I wonāt be too anxious.

I just found out that the expensive vitamins i got are not the ones that you can reduce meds on, so ive gotta get a perscribers permission to purchase the proper ones. Gotta wait 3 weeks to see my psychiatrist thoughā¦

Yeah ya gotta be careful with some of those vitamins. Some of them can make ya feel very good but mess up your dopamine levels.
