Say Anything I is for Imp

Went to Panera for a half hour or so. I’ll probably go out every day a little bit to try and improve my agoraphobia.

My aunt had it from the shot and it went away, I’m sure you’ll be okay.

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope they find it reversible. Sending out hugs (((@Turtle44 )))

Look at what I woke up to.

We are not going anywhere for a while.

Good morning or evening folks.

I slept super well. No issues.

Will be shoveling later.

Took a med with a Pepsi.

Doggies are going potty right on the deck. I don’t blame them with the snow we got.

Take care yas!

How much snow did you get it looks like about six?

Not sure how much. The photo is bad but it is probably about six so far and it is still falling.

We are missing the snow from what I hear, and we are going to end up with freezing rain. I’d rather have the snow that the freezing rain. I usually end up falling, my equilibrium has never been the same since the accident (Gladys and her Car).

I hate freezing rain. I used to drive to work on the interstate during that stuff. Terrible!

Btw glad to hear that you feel good about not having to move. :innocent:

Big news on the agoraphobia front - today I took the trash out to the dumpster around the corner and then I spent ten minutes walking around my townhouse complex by myself. I did the outside circle and then the inside circle. I was paranoid but I did it! At one point someone came out of their car and I got nervous but it turns out they weren’t even looking at me, so it ended up being okay.

I am so proud of myself! I have the window blind slats open upstairs and downstairs as well. This med cocktail is really doing its job for me. It’s been since mid March that it’s been under construction, including two failed meds, but I’m almost done now after this last Prozac bump I’ll likely get tomorrow, and it’s helping. I am so happy!

Congratulations!!!

You succeeded in your plan for the inner and outer circle, not to mention the trash!

You get a sticker!!!

Good job on getting out. Glad those meds are helping you.

I understand as Prozac is my wonder drug.

Prozac is working for me as well. Too bad we didn’t try this years ago! Just imagine all the stress that we could have avoided!

Like a lot of us sz and sza I tried umpteen million different APs and ADs. It is quite laughable that there was that one drug just waiting to be tried.

Haven’t read the say anything threads for a long time.

Today I see one of my psychiatrists. She is the one who agreed with me that I should be on the Invega Sustenna injection. Now I’m on Invega Trinza. I think we’ll keep my meds the same because there are no issues right now. Should be a good day today.

@ThePickinSkunk Seriously. Prozac is my 7th AD, Trilafon is my 6th AP. The only one we got right from the start was Lamictal. 9 1/2 months of med changes this last go-around. I never thought I would feel better like this again. When the meds click, they click though. Woot!

My parents got a new Saint Bernard puppy—very cute. She chews at everything

OMG, I’m so sorry. (hugs) Is there any chance of the damage being reversed, over time? Can it get better? Or is the current state of damage permanent? :frowning: :green_heart: :purple_heart:

I got my SSDI early this month. I am supposed to get it today but my bank always posts it to my account Tuesday but this week I got it on Monday.

Weird. Anyone else see this?
