RIP Darrel Ward from the show Ice Road Truckers, 
Passed away in a plane crash. Great show and he had just got approved for season 11 of the show.

no, that was a while ago, i’m helping out at a carers organisation now, making calls and writing up reports, i also do a bit of admin on a Thursday as well, i really like making the calls even though i never use to be able to use the phone much (i use to hate phoning people)
