up for another day 10 days until spring :sun_behind_rain_cloud: high of 69 degrees today but cloudy.

mom got her first moderna shot yesterday and today she has a fever of 103.0 and a sore arm. they are still planning on going out of town tomorrow morning for a getaway to celebrate their 49th wedding anniversary.

not much to do today, will try to do something productive. dad mentioned he needed help installing a shower base in his upstairs bathroom he still hasnā€™t finished. heā€™s working on it today though. he has most of the plumbing lines put in, they still need to drywall in there and tile the floor. he doesnā€™t have as much energy as he used to 5 years ago, when he got things done quickly.

Greetings all, howā€™s the day? Howā€™s the weather?

Thunderstorms here today, itā€™s awesome. I love the rain. World feels quiet, calmer, slower.

Just hanging out for another day, ready for more, trying to remind myself itā€™s all real. Oh well. Iā€™m in a good place, just being a bit of a space cadet.

Tea and my vape, couple lazy dogs, news on the TV.

Itā€™s 63 F here atm, supposed to get up to 70 F this afternoon. Freaking awesome, though it is quite breezy. Iā€™m sitting in my car with the windows down. I wanted to be outside, but I also wanted a comfortable seat. Anyway, this is very nice, nicest weather weā€™ve had so far this year.

The IRA have sent another elder to have a look at me, thatā€™s the second one. They could possibly run the IRA or the question of putting me under the pressure was left to them. They told me they were hoping Iā€™d pass the test.

I also think this escalation was because they wanted to read my thoughts to see if Iā€™d insult them, I didnā€™t when I seen them because i wasnā€™t thinking about it.

I also Met a guy in wellingtons after I met the elder, he could also be reading my mind to see if Iā€™d insult him

Pediatrician agreed Little LED seemed like she might have ADHD and maternal genetics means itā€™s pretty likely, but since sheā€™s so young still sheā€™s sending her to a developmental pediatrician. Thatā€™ll take months, though.

I understand the having to wait. We think my obe son may be bipolar and have to wait for a child pdoc.

Thats too high, she should take Tylenol or another med prescribed by a Dr to reduce fever.

yeah she feels like crap. she just took some tylenol but hasnt ate anything today. they are still planning on going out of town tomorrow. we will see if she is feeling better or if they have to cancel the trip.

dad and i got the shower base installed. it was pretty easy, we had to mix up some mortar, spread it, and then carefully place the shower base in position. took about an hour. now i am listening to radio for a couple hours. plan to practice my guitar at 3pm.

weighed myself today for the first time in awhile, iā€™ve lost weight again, which is bad. im down to 133 pounds. would like to be 150 pounds. i have to eat at least 2000 calories to gain weight, but lots of days i will just eat twice a day as i donā€™t always have a good apetite most days and two meals satisfies me. i was up to 140 pounds last time i weighed at the nurseā€™s office but have lost 7 pounds in a little more than a month. and also i hiked 11 miles last friday, and didnā€™t eat two days ago because i was out of groceries.

Hopefully she will feel better soon. I think its better to be a bit skinny than being overweight and obese, its healthier I think. I gained 160lb since having sz. I was 135-140lb 5ft10 before sz.

I went out on my bicycle today. Did about 10.4 miles in 44 minutes.

Before today I hadnā€™t added to my Strava since February 1st.

I also had my MRI today, but my follow up isnā€™t for two more weeks.

Anyone else having a big day?

I need to deliver paperwork to the housing office. Its a long walk, but that will be good for me. Hope I filled it out right and I pass the inspection later. Im stable now and thats good.
