Hell yeah, chili rocks. For heat, I put minced habanero peppers in mine, though sometimes I still need to add hot sauce to my bowl. I would rather be cautious and risk the chili not being hot enough, easily fixable, rather than having it turn out too hot to be enjoyable. The last time I made chili mac I used too many habaneros.

Not much, going to sleep soon. It’s 8 pm here, and I’ve been up since around 3:30 am, when I woke up to pee and couldn’t get back to sleep. I’ll probably go to sleep around 8:30 or 9. I have an early morning, too, alarm set for 4:30 am.
Will you watch any cheesy horror flicks tonight?

I just had asian chicken dumplings with low sodium soy sauce. The chicken ones have much less calories than the pork ones, chicken ones just have 150 calories/100g or per 10 pieces.

My favorite Infected Rain album is a toss-up between “86” and “Endorphin.” I think “Asylum” is just okay, not really my cup of tea.

Our cat, Tigger, is such a big baby. I hear dad telling him to snuggle up to his daddy. My dad sure likes his animals. Charles is napping in the guest bedroom.
